Candidate N°457: le blog "Dollhouse Diaries- My Maharajah's Palace"

Découvrez le blog de Susan: "Dollhouse Diaries- My Maharajah's Palace".

NewPro-1.jpg"This blog was created to record my
journey in the building of my maharajah palace, which started in
December last year. It began as a diary and is still recorded as a
journal in some form. But in the course of writing this blog and sharing
my passion, I have met many friends who exchanged their craft with mine
and that's when the stories started and my dolls came to "life". I
created characters for my doll's house and named them after these
friends and weaved their stories  into the  stories of "My Maharajah's
Palace. They are labelled under "Palace Stories".

I have not built my palace but  since December last year, I have
completed a temple, the Emperor's Emporium (tent) and now is in the
midst of creating a scene in a bazaar on my dining table :). I have
completed the flower stall named "Tallulah" (named after a friend's blog
"Tallulah Belle Originals " who made flowers for me) and a Banjaran
gypsy craft shop named after Rosanna Rolla  & her husband ("Rolla n
Ro"). Dear Rosanna who is also submitting an entry is wonderful at
micro-stitchery and has sent me some priceless gifts which are all
featured at the "stall".

More than a blog about my craft, my passion and my miniatures, I hope to
use it to celebrate my friendships with the many wonderful, generous and
talented friends I have met in the blogosphere."
